On Thursday 17 November 2016 I gave a CEO on heels workshop for the first time at YER in Eindhoven. This workshop was intended for women with ambition, whether you are in ICT / Technology or in another sector.
There is so much talk about the glass ceiling for women that when I started my Thesis I thought “let me interview / research all those top women who have made it to the top and find out what they had to do / have done for it … “. That way other women will also benefit.
The workshop was received with great enthusiasm and the ladies indicated that they really benefited from it.
